Meeting Notes & Action Items Agent

An AI meeting notes agent that turns a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams transcript into a summary, decisions, open questions and action items with owners and due dates. Every action item carries a verbatim quote from the transcript, and the agent checks that the quote really appears, then pushes items to Notion, Linear or Slack.

FAQ

Which meeting tools does it work with?

Anything that exports a transcript: Zoom and Teams .vtt files, Google Meet transcripts, Otter, Fireflies and similar notetakers.

How do I know the action items are real?

Each item includes an exact quote from the transcript. The agent checks the quote exists and marks unverified items so you can review them before assigning.

Does it record or join meetings?

No. It works on transcripts you already have, so there is no bot in your calls.

Can it handle long meetings?

Yes. Long transcripts are split into chunks, processed separately and merged into one set of notes.
