Individual templates and the Starter Bundle

If a template doesn't work as described, email hello@shipreadyagents.com within 72 hours of purchase. We'll try to help you get it working first. If we can't, you get a full refund.

All-Access membership and Founding Lifetime

Refundable within 14 days of purchase only if you have not downloaded any templates during that period. Once anything is downloaded, no refund. You can cancel a subscription anytime to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Monthly charges aren't prorated.

Featured listings

If we decline your tool after review, you get a full refund. Once a placement has gone live it isn't refundable.
